Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the storage and handling of beverages and supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
• Stay up-to-date on beverage knowledge and trends, making recommendations to guests as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
