Brisbane's Northern Suburbs, we are seeking a skilled HR Professional to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supporting state-wide locations and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

About the Role

This is a generalist HR position with exposure across all HR functions. You will be responsible for providing customer-centric advice and support, working closely with a team of 6 to deliver key accountabilities including:

  • Generalist HR support and partnering
  • Employee Agreement renegotiations and review
  • Rolling out new HR initiatives
  • Investigating and advising on payroll enquiries
  • Support for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Ensuring appropriate rosters are set up
  • Job analysis and classification
  • Reviewing and signing off on employment contracts

About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in HR or administrative functions. A defence background is highly regarded, and you must be an Australian Citizen willing to pass a baseline security check. Key skills include:

  • Professionally presented with a strong commercial acumen
