Physiotherapist | Northern Suburbs Brisbane – Australian Unity

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our community-based team in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. This role supports you to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads. This is a full-time position with a fulfilling career that aligns with your professional and personal goals.

Role

As a Remedy Community Physiotherapist, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers' homes
  • Participate in hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the Home): acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home
  • Support Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs) to help our ageing population stay well and independent at home
  • Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Preferred: Community or hospital Physiotherapy experience
  • Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Valid driver's licence and insured roadworthy vehicle
