Physiotherapist | Northern Suburbs Brisbane – Australian Unity
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our community-based team in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. This role supports you to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads. This is a full-time position with a fulfilling career that aligns with your professional and personal goals.
Role
As a Remedy Community Physiotherapist, you will:
Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers' homes
Participate in hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the Home): acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home
Support Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs) to help our ageing population stay well and independent at home
Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements
Preferred: Community or hospital Physiotherapy experience
Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration
Valid driver's licence and insured roadworthy vehicle
