Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have minimum of two years' post-admission experience in personal injury claims, specifically Workers' Compensation. This position can be based in our Sydney or Newcastle office, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and other team members across Sydney and Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex Workers' Compensation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key issues and develop effective strategies
- Provide exceptional client service and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Collaborate with partners and team members to achieve business objectives and drive results
- Minimum two years' of post-admission experience in personal injury claims, specifically Workers' Compensation
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
