We are seeking a Resident Experience Specialist to deliver and shape the resident experience strategy across our locations.

This role requires a natural people connector who is committed to ensuring that residents enjoy every day living in the building.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for continuous leasing and resident engagement. This includes managing leasing transactions, tenancy agreements, condition reports, inspections, and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, events, student accommodation, Hotel management or other relevant background.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for resident engagement and leasing activities
  • Managing leasing transactions, tenancy agreements, condition reports, and inspections
  • Overseeing resident service initiatives, events, and programs
  • Staying updated on market trends, vacancy rates, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams

The successful candidate will be considered if they have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
