Job Description:This senior maintenance position involves overseeing day-to-day facilities, maintenance, and capital works, leading contractors and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes, and ensuring compliance with OH&S, building codes, and essential services.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Oversee day-to-day facilities, maintenance, and capital works.

- Manage budgets, reporting, and support sustainability initiatives.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of Maintenance Coordinators, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards and that every resident enjoys a seamless, safe, and welcoming environment. Your leadership and commitment to service excellence will be key in fostering a positive community outlook.
About You:- With a strong foundation in maintenance coordination, facilities, or property management, you will have demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Known for your strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, you work just as effectively independently as you do in a collaborative environment.
Additionally, you must have unrestricted working rights in Australia, a valid Blue Card/WWCC, a Class C licence + reliable vehicle, the ability to work on-call or after-hours when required for emergency situations, and proficiency with facilities management systems and MS Office suite.
