Your leadership and commitment to service excellence will be key in fostering a positive community outlook.

About You:
  • With a strong foundation in maintenance coordination, facilities, or property management, you will have demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Known for your strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, you work just as effectively independently as you do in a collaborative environment.

Additionally, you must have unrestricted working rights in Australia, a valid Blue Card/WWCC, a Class C licence + reliable vehicle, the ability to work on-call or after-hours when required for emergency situations, and proficiency with facilities management systems and MS Office suite.
