Customer Service Representative

This role involves creating a friendly atmosphere and delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will assist with inquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.

  • Monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as necessary.
  • Coordinate administrative duties, including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences and possesses resilience and ability to work under high pressure and fast-paced environments.

Requirements:
  • A background in reception or hospitality will provide a good foundation for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • Admin and computer skills are required.
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months), at your own cost.
  • Working with Children's Check (QLD).
