About the RoleThe Resident Services Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the Resident Services strategy across our portfolio. This involves collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
Our properties feature an extraordinary collection of resident amenity areas and services, including a fully equipped gym, rooftop pool, event spaces, coworking, and rooftop dining.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for continuous leasing and resident engagement.
- Document leasing activities, review feedback, and provide comprehensive reports to management.
- Manage leasing transactions, tenancy agreements, condition reports, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee resident service initiatives, events, and programs, ensuring prompt response to resident requests.
- Stay updated on market trends, vacancy rates, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance property management strategy.
This role requires a natural communicator who is committed to ensuring residents enjoy every day living in the building.
