About the Position

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee outdoor cleaning activities.

  • Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners to achieve daily objectives and goals.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

This role requires a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the cleansing of public areas, including:

  • Parks amenities
  • Graffiti removal
