Green Space Maintenance Leader

We are seeking a proactive Green Space Maintenance Leader to oversee outdoor cleaning operations.

  • Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners to achieve daily tasks and goals.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles. You should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

Coordinating cleansing of parks, including BBQs, graffiti removal, benches, seats, signs, bubblers, rubbish removal, and leaf litter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of outdoor cleaners to maintain outdoor spaces.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities.
  • Manual driver's license.
  • Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
