Outdoor Cleaning Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Cleaning Team Lead to oversee our outdoor cleaning operations. This role involves supervising a team of outdoor cleaners to ensure outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

  • Leading and motivating a team of outdoor cleaners to achieve daily tasks and goals is key in this position.
  • Ensuring work meets company standards and client expectations is essential.
  • Maintaining and using cleaning equipment effectively is crucial for success.
  • Enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment is vital.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Outdoor Cleaning Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating the cleansing of parks, including:

  • BBQs and other outdoor furniture
  • Graffiti removal and other forms of vandalism
  • Cleaning benches, seats, signs, bubblers, and other park features
  • Removal of rubbish and leaf litter
