Christian Outdoor Education Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as a Christian Outdoor Education Team Lead. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about youth ministry, outdoor education, and leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the team, developing and implementing programs, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for participants.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
- Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Education or related field
- Experience in leading outdoor programs and staff management
- Qualifications in First Aid and Theology
- Current church-based child protection training endorsed by Safe Churches Training Agreement
- Current experience in leading best practice outdoor programs (at least 4 years)
Additional qualifications such as Leadership or Management certifications, budget management experience, and a Light Rigid Licence would be highly regarded.
