Cleanliness Operations Manager


About the Job:

We are seeking a proactive Cleanliness Operations Manager to oversee our outdoor cleaning operations. As a key member of our team, you will supervise a group of cleaners to ensure outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

You will oversee and assist in the upkeep of local open space parks, gardens, reserves, and roadsides. Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners to achieve daily tasks and goals. Ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.

Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles. You should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage outdoor cleaning operations
  • Supervise a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality work
  • Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures
  • Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities. Manual driver's license. Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
