Vero Insurance is seeking a skilled Injury Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our NSW CTP Injury Management team, you will provide technical support to our Claims Advisors to advocate for optimal recovery for people injured in motor vehicle accidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Critical analysis of clinical information to advocate for best practice treatment and timely recovery
- Providing technical coaching and mentoring to team members in injury management and strategy
- Collaborating with our Claims Advisors to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for our customers
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience and/or occupational rehabilitation experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
