Alstom, a leading transport network solutions provider, seeks an accomplished Workplace Injury Management Specialist to oversee Workers Compensation and Injury Management processes across manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update WC & IM processes in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and related stakeholders.
  • Monitor current WC claims status and contribute to strategies for management to closure.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Return to Work Coordinators, Industrial Relations Manager, Legal Department, and Alstom's third-party Workers Compensation partners to support early intervention strategies and implement best injury management practices.
  • Develop and implement a reporting dashboard and analytics for process improvement.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven experience defining and supporting workers compensation, injury management, and return to work plans and strategies in manufacturing environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of legislation and Insurance Management.
  • Well-established stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience supporting Training deployment plans.
  • Experience with Elumina system or equivalent.
