Senior Employment Law Professional

A premier employment law practice is seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities- You will work on a range of employment, industrial relations and safety matters, with a particular focus on state and local government, resources, and transport sectors.
- Advice on awards and enterprise bargaining, contracts of employment, restraints of trade, protection of confidential information and intellectual property rights, risk management, workplace safety, and training.
- Pursue a market-leading career, receive premier training and development, and be offered a range of employee benefits.
To be successful, you will be a lawyer at Senior Associate level with at least 5 years' experience in employment law. In addition, you will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Confidence in building strong relationships with clients and team members
- An ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
- Genuine passion for building your career and developing your skills in the area of employment relations and safety
