About the Role

Employsure is seeking a dedicated Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Create tailored documentation, including policies, procedures, handbooks, safe work method statements, and action plans.
  • Work directly with business owners to understand their company and determine their unique Health & Safety needs.
  • Travel to visit clients and provide on-site support to ensure their workplaces are safe and compliant.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Workplace Health and Safety, with consultancy experience highly desirable.
  • Relevant health and safety qualifications, including a Certificate IV.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to frequently travel across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria, including overnight travel.
  • A current Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
