Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and continuity of services
  • Foster a culture of guidance and support for independence and self-care skills among clients
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to optimize outcomes
  • Evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans, and advocate for clients' rights and interests
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about advancements in occupational therapy
  • Cultivate close working relationships with esteemed Lead Clinicians and mentor junior therapists

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid registration with AHPRA and a strong commitment to upholding professional standards
  • Should be a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience working across diverse client populations and a passion for nurturing future leaders
  • Should demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of therapeutic interventions in improving the lives of individuals
  • Should exhibit creative and adaptable qualities, resourcefulness, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Must prioritize continuous learning and professional development to remain current in the field
  • Should be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must uphold the highest standards of ethical practice and professional integrity
