About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Brisbane's northern suburbs. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance, supervision, and support to junior staff members while maintaining high-quality client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of Occupational Therapists, providing clinical advice, training, and supervision to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Director to drive quality improvement initiatives, develop strategic plans, and oversee the execution of school holiday programs.
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each child, leveraging your expertise in paediatrics and sensory processing.
- Maintain open communication with clients, families, and colleagues, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA registration required).
