About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join our nature-based team in the North of Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will lead and support a team of five dedicated Occupational Therapists in delivering exceptional care to paediatric clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and implement best practice approaches to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Services to organize comprehensive group training sessions, ensuring continuous professional development and upskilling of your team.
  • Mentor junior Occupational Therapists through formal and informal meetings, promoting their growth and development.
  • Liaise with the Director to address individual staff performance and ensure a high standard of service delivery.

  • Above award salary with a range of $95,000 - $110,000 + Super, dependent on experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • A Working with Children Check, AHPRA registration, and unrestricted working rights in Australia are essential.
  • A driver's license and own vehicle are also preferred.
