Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate occupational therapy services for community
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy to improve functional abilities and enhance quality of life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for holistic care and continuity of services
  • Provide guidance and support for independence and self-care skills
  • Utilise evidence-based practices and innovative techniques for optimal outcomes
  • Evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans, and advocate for clients' rights
  • Stay informed about advancements in occupational therapy
  • Closely collaborate with esteemed Lead Clinician and mentor junior therapists

Requirements:

  • Must have valid registration with AHPRA
  • Should be qualified Occupational Therapist with experience working with clients across the lifespan and strong passion for nurturing future leaders
  • Should have deep commitment to improving lives through therapeutic interventions
  • Should possess creative and adaptable qualities, along with resourcefulness and talent for problem-solving
  • Must be dedicated to continuous learning and professional development
  • Should be team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be committed to upholding highest standards of ethical practice and professional integrity
