Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating occupational therapy services, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to enhance functional abilities and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Service Coordination: Coordinate occupational therapy services for the community, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs.
- Treatment Planning and Delivery: Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to improve functional abilities and overall well-being.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and continuity of services.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior therapists and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
- AHPRA registration is mandatory.
- Must have a strong passion for nurturing future leaders and improving lives through therapeutic interventions.
