Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $85-$120 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer highly competitive hourly rates, paid non-billable work, and superannuation benefits.

Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Easec, you will be responsible for assessing veteran clients' rehabilitation and well-being needs. You will create and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote successful transitions from military life to civilian employment.

  • Assessment of client's rehabilitation and well-being needs.
  • Development of tailored rehabilitation plans to address specific goals and objectives.
  • Coordination of return-to-work plans, including vocational assessments, functional capacity evaluations, work trials, and job placement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Accreditation with AHPRA or relevant professional body.
