About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team at RAAF East Base – East Sale Victoria. This role offers full-time and casual opportunities with varying shifts available, including weekdays and weekends.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focusing on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and various positions.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Performing gatehouse duties and proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
  • Conducting thorough building patrols to identify and report potential security risks
  • Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management, while responding to emergency situations as needed
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work well in a team or autonomously, adapting to changing situations
  • Availability to work a rotational roster, including nights, days, and weekends
  • Australian citizenship or hold unlimited work rights
  • Previous experience in corporate real estate contracts (highly desirable)
