Job Description:

Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to support key clients by ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and continuously improve WHSE management systems.
  • Conduct and manage internal and external WHSE audits.
  • Provide technical expertise, training, and support to account-based compliance staff.
  • Investigate and report on OH&E incidents.
  • Oversee safety compliance workflows.
  • Stay updated on Commonwealth and state OH&S requirements.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in HSEQ or demonstrated industry experience.
  • Background in building or facilities management, ideally with subcontract management experience.
  • Practical understanding of OH&S, QA, and environmental regulations in Australia.
  • Strong report writing, business acumen, and proficiency in MS Office and CMMS platforms.
  • Flexible, innovative problem-solver with excellent organizational and team collaboration skills.
