We are looking at expanding our ANZ Sales team based in North Sydney with an Account Executive who has experience in Sales & Business Development of CCaaS solutions & Ai automation across our portfolio markets (Enterprise Contact centres), to drive the growth of revenue, profitability and market share.

We are looking at expanding our ANZ Sales team based in North Sydney with an Account Executive who has experience in Sales & Business Development of CCaaS solutions & Ai automation across our portfolio markets (Enterprise Contact centres), to drive the growth of revenue, profitability and market share.

Responsibilities

Key Metrics;

  • Achieve bookings and revenue targets through mainly large enterprise accounts within a specified region, sector or set of accounts.
  • Work on own Initiative to build pipeline to size likely to convert into required target bookings Achieve YoY revenue growth through existing Enterprise accounts and through acquisition of new accounts
  • Initiate, plan and execute necessary sales meetings to identify opportunities and progress the sales process in a timely manner from initial contact through to Close.
  • Maintain all reporting requirements and Verint Content management systems and reporting up to date
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and understanding of their needs and develop plans where the Verint partnership can help
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitors to provide relevant insights to clients.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience;
  • At least 6+ years of enterprise software sales in the following areas; Contact Centre, CX, Self Service & AI, Automation & Analytics or CRM / Desk Top technology solution sales experience including pipeline development and management, establishing and presenting compelling value propositions to potential customers
  • Ability to develop business relationships at a senior-level include key C-level Executives
  • Demonstrable track record of sales success in opening & closing enterprise software solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop & close sales deals through disciplined and systematic approach
  • Strong ability to seek out and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Proven experience in complex Ccaas/ Saas sales cycles for a Vendor
  • Demonstrate standout communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate Resilience in owning and seeing the whole sales process to the end
  • Demonstrate Exceptional Closing experience
  • Expertly navigate the complex buying processes of large Enterprise Organisations
  • Enjoy meeting & exceeding sales goals with a drive for sales success
  • Highly regarded with an extensive network within the Industry

We work in a hybrid environment, where in person relationship building & team collaboration is key to success with a minimum of 3 days in North Sydney office or with Clients face to face.
