Job Title: Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the data strategy of a leading health organisation based in Sydney CBD.

About the Role:

You will work across diverse systems with impact on real-world health outcomes in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment that supports flexible working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead data integration across multiple systems, ensuring robust data governance, integrity, and accessibility to support business and clinical decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Senior Data Engineer or similar senior data leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of data transformation, integration, governance, and integrity.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Exposure to healthcare data (desirable but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
  • SAS programming language.
  • Power BI.
  • Salesforce or Veeva CRM.
  • Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
