Data Governance Specialist

This role is a key part of our Enterprise Data Management obligations. We are seeking an experienced professional to work closely with data owners to bring enterprise-critical data usages under governance.

  • Document end-to-end data flows, identify and assess data risks, and implement mitigating controls.
  • Develop and maintain data governance and risk management methodologies.
  • Train stakeholders on data management framework obligations.
  • Provide advisory support, including identifying data gaps and recommending strategic remediation.

We require 5+ years' experience in data management, data quality issue management or operational risk management preferably within financial services. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential for building rapport across all organisational levels.
