Are you a highly organized and creative individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Strategic Creative Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a casual position working on rotating days across a Tuesday-Thursday week, including some Saturdays. The role involves coordinating creative activity for clients across Australia, managing logistics, and supporting the team in various aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client liaison and scheduling
  • Procurement of supplies and materials
  • Logistic management and coordination
  • Supporting team recruitment, screening, and inductions
  • Timely management of inquiries and bookings
  • Supporting remote management of creative teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Specific creative and administrative talents, supported by qualifications or work experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Stay at the forefront of creative trends and integrate them into our programs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Highly organized and able to maintain a high level of time management
