**About the role**

At Youi, we operate one of the OG in-house creative agencies, putting creativity at the heart of our business since our inception 15 years ago.

This unique and exciting role is responsible for leading our in-house creative and production function, overseeing in-house and external agency resources to bring world class creative work to life.

This role requires an inspirational and motivational leader who can develop and mentor a driven team.

**The main functions of the role include**:

- Overseeing a dynamic team of creatives, campaign delivery managers and content creators to concept, develop and produce best in class creative work.
- Scaling a hybrid in-house/external model for Youi's creative agency with seamless collaboration.
- Building and embedding processes and ways of working for the in-house agency, drawing upon significant functional expertise in creative and production to optimise the agency's operations.
- Driving alignment between creative approach and media planning, ensuring creative is well tailored to various media formats, with a strong understanding of best practices for different channels including significant grounding in development of digital creative.
- Embedding a culture of creativity within the in-house agency and broader marketing teams, advocating for the power of creativity in bringing Youi's challenger brand to life and driving our commercial growth.
- Ensuring adherence to legal, compliance and governance requirements.

**About you**
- 10+ years in creative development and production in an agency or in-house agency environment.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring and coaching ability.
- Significant operational strength, with the ability to define and streamline processes and ways of working.
- Experience in utilising tools and technology to automate and industrialise the production of creative assets.
- Experience in management of complex projects and a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven experience in using insights to shape strategic and operational plans.
- Experienced in assessing and giving feedback to creative teams.
- Experience working with media and research agencies.
- A passion for putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
