We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Individual to drive the development of our national creative education network. This pivotal role builds and nurtures professional relationships with industry leaders, alumni, and creative organisations to deliver high-impact Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements, mentoring programs, and graduate engagement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in career development, human resources, education, or creative industries
  • Experience in career services, industry liaison, or student placement roles
  • Understanding of WIL models and career development principles
  • Ability to operate within compliance frameworks (Fair Work, WHS, higher education standards)
