Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane, coordinating the post-offer process for Australia-wide and New Zealand recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the onboarding process of new employees into several subsidiaries across Australia and New Zealand. This includes liaising with hiring managers, coordinating all new starter requirements, creating employment agreements and various letters, and identifying and developing process improvement opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum 2 years' experience in a human resources role, including proficiency in Workday or other HR Software or ATS. You will also have demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a problem-solving mindset. A desire to constantly improve and look for opportunities to innovate and change is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding process of new employees into several Boeing subsidiaries across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Liaise with hiring managers in relation to, and coordinate all new starter requirements.
  • Create and issue employment agreements and various letters.
  • Identify and develop process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure 100% data integrity of HR and TA systems.
  • Participate in a range of TA projects.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in HR or Business would be highly regarded but are not essential.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a human resources role.
  • Proficiency in Workday or other HR Software or ATS.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset.
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Well-developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to constantly improve and look for opportunities to innovate and change.
