Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for human resources?

Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term contract until April 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the efficient operations of the People & Culture team by coordinating and delivering a range of HR activities, including HR system administration, onboarding, employment contract management, records maintenance, compliance management, general HR enquiries and reporting.

- Monitor and respond to HR queries in a timely manner, escalating or delegating as necessary.

- Produce and maintain a range of HR documentation, including employment contracts, contract variations and ad hoc letters.

- Update and maintain HR systems and files to ensure governance and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, meeting quality and time requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Proven experience in a similar role, including navigation of multiple platforms.

- Solid experience in administration.

- Strong problem-solving skills, confidence in decision-making and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
