Job Summary

A human resources coordinator is required to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to various HR initiatives. The role will involve preparing HR documentation, managing immigration queries, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

  • The successful candidate will have a qualification in human resources or a related field and minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong understanding of modern awards and enterprise agreements, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities

The human resources coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Preparing employment contracts, position descriptions, and employee relations documentation.
  • Managing immigration and visa-related queries to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Providing administrative and coordination support to HR advisors and business partners.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Assisting in the performance review process and preparing HR metrics and reports.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualification in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
