Deliver exceptional human resources support as a key member of our dedicated team. We seek an individual with strong coordination and administrative skills to contribute to the success of our organization.

We are looking for someone who can effectively coordinate company-wide HR projects, develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures, manage employee onboarding and induction processes, coach employees and managers on HR systems and processes, provide support to the Learning & Development function, and assist in organizing employee events and wellbeing initiatives.

This role requires:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce majoring in Human Resources;
  • Previous experience providing operational Human Resources support;
  • Strong attention to detail and personal initiative;
  • Exceptional administrative and organisational skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus;
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
