Job Overview

The Orthodontic Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting Ormco's digital product portfolio to orthodontists and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with assigned clients to provide training, onboarding, and support.
  • Travel throughout the territory to increase product utilization.
  • Maintain a set number of meetings per day, week, and month to grow sales dollars.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Provide in-depth training and education to customers.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
  • Establish a track record of converting key business from competitors.
  • Develop and utilize territory management tools.
  • Collect and report competitive information.
