Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet our high standards.

You will work closely with the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas.
  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and ready by required check-in times.
  • Supervise, schedule, and support housekeeping staff.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments for task completion.
  • Manage linen inventory, supplies, and uniform distribution.
  • Maintain lost property records and guest communication.
  • Monitor cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, and corridors.
  • Assist with training staff to meet quality and brand standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar housekeeping management role within a hotel environment.
  • Sound knowledge of housekeeping procedures.
  • Possess a high standard of professional grooming.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Well presented with exceptional communication skills.
