Overview

Company: A well reputed client that has been providing services to the WA Community for nearly 20 years.

Role: ITSM Process Coordinator to support the ITSM Process Manager and enhance the IT Service Management toolset.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance in relation to strategic and operational management of ITIL-based processes.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
Key experience / Qualifications
  • Strong experience with IT Service Management (ITIL framework)
  • Proficiency in Change, Configuration, Event and Release Management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
  • Experience working within Enterprise scale environments would be ideal.
  • Relevant ITIL/ ITSM industry certifications will be highly regarded.
Employment details
  • Initial 6 month contract with potential to extend
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Located close to the Perth CBD
