This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to manage and resolve customer complaints and disputes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to all customer complaints and disputes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring fair and reasonable outcomes for customers
  • Proactively identify systemic causes of customer dissatisfaction and develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide subject matter expert support for internal stakeholder enquiries on decisions, laws and regulations
  • Ensure organisational obligations under the law are adhered to when managing complaints and disputes
  • Develop recommendations on process improvements to minimise recurrence or mitigation of issues
About You
  • Confident individual with dispute resolution experience
  • Must have a strong background in general insurance or law
  • Must have a solid understanding of risk, compliance, and policy
  • Provide exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders
  • Solution-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
