Principal Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.
- The primary point of contact for all customer enquiries such as orders, service needs, complaints, invoicing and disputes.
- Resolve simple customer problems and analyse customer service needs for effective communication with other departments.
- Collaborate with finance, production and logistics teams to provide internal sales support for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and customers.
Solve complex customer queries and respond accordingly. Identify and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate order processing, determine pricing within guidelines, arrange delivery dates and manage other sales-related tasks.
- Monitor customer orders and communicate effectively about stock availability and invoice accuracy.
- Generate and manage necessary documentation according to procedure, including invoices and detailed sales reports.
- Assist debt collection by providing supporting documents and responding to finance queries concerning outstanding customer accounts.
