Job Summary:- Apply strategic decisions to support product sales, dealer effectiveness, segment growth, process improvement, and sales management.
You will apply your knowledge of products, technology, and industry to support customer expectations and needs, and contribute to business planning.
Main Responsibilities:- Support sales execution and provide product expertise to field teams and dealers.
- Develop and deliver product training to field reps, dealers & customers.
- Identify and manage competitive performance studies, feature comparisons, and maintenance analysis.
- Provide input to product development teams for next generation product activities.
- Assist in defining value on new product features and specifications.
- Provide industry trends based on operational data and benchmarking.
- Respond to dealer requests and queries in a timely manner.
- Support territory trade shows representing BCP CORE Products.
- Customer Focus: Align customer satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with major products and services.
- Decision Making: Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions.
- Effective Communication: Develops a cooperative relationship with others.
- Technical Expertise: Clearly demonstrate technical machine performance and application knowledge.
- Sales Value: Provide overall product 'value' and differentiate support offerings that address customer needs.
