  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Product Strategist. This role will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of Unified Communications products throughout the product life cycle.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unified Communications platforms, experience with Genesys Cloud platforms, and excellent leadership skills. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver products that meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">

  2. Develop and execute the product strategy aligned with business objectives.

    ">">

  3. Provide leadership to the Product team and collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to develop the product.

    ">">

  4. Accountable for ensuring the Product team delivers against key objectives and results.

    ">">

  5. Track key metrics aligned to the overall business objectives.

    ">">

  6. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.

    ">">

Requirements:

  • ">

  • 5+ years experience with Unified Communications platforms.

    ">">

  • Experience with Genesys Cloud platforms.

    ">">

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, or demonstrated equivalent experience.

    ">">

  • Proven ability to deliver against a roadmap of projects.

    ">">

  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, product, and marketing.

    ">">

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
