HR Generalist

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our Australian team on a fixed-term contract.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong HR generalist skills and a passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) to make an impact in the environmental/sustainability industry.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field.
- Minimum 7+ years' hands-on experience in Human Resources with a proven track record of advising senior leaders on topics across the full employee life cycle.
- Passionate about their work within HR and DEIB, preferably with knowledge of the environmental/sustainability space.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to establish HR plans and solutions that support strategic business initiatives and drive measurable results.
- Support the delivery of key people initiatives, including annual salary reviews, performance management, and talent calibration.
- Analyse employee engagement data, draw meaningful insights, and provide practical recommendations to leaders.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment that works together to achieve shared goals.
