Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the position of InWork Support Consultant.

This role involves working with individuals who have disabilities to help them achieve their employment goals and maintain successful work placements. The consultant will provide personalized support to clients in their workplace settings, conduct regular check-ins with clients and employers, develop and implement tailored support plans, collaborate with employers to create inclusive work environments, assist clients in developing job-related skills and strategies for workplace success, maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and client records, liaise with community partners, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders, advocate for clients' rights and needs in the workplace, stay informed about NDIS policies and local support services, and participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of support services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office suite, in-depth knowledge of NDIS policies and procedures, familiarity with local community resources and support services, experience working with diverse populations, empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity, and strong time management and organizational skills.
