About the Role

As a member of a high-performing team, you will leverage your expertise to collaborate with colleagues on various projects. Your key responsibility will be to support the establishment and operationalization of 14 new early learning centers through effective talent attraction and retention strategies.

You will build strong relationships with the workforce team, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting workforce planning and ensuring that our organization attracts and retains the right talent to achieve its goals.

The job entails several key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing bulk recruitment processes using innovative talent acquisition strategies
  • Continuously refining the service delivery framework and documenting processes related to recruitment and payroll services
  • Supporting the development of workforce strategies by creating frameworks for growth and development
  • Reviewing HR policies for alignment with established processes and forms
  • Managing data requests and reporting for workforce insights and strategic planning

Early Learning Victoria is part of the Victorian Department of Education, leading the rollout of 50 government-owned and operated early learning centers by 2032 as part of the Best Start, Best Life reforms. Desirable Qualifications and Experience

A qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable. Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or general HR within an early childhood education or government setting is also highly valued.
