The Role
A pivotal leadership position has become available in shaping the strategic direction, daily operations, and continual advancement of our technology environment. As a senior leader, you will play a key role in reporting directly to the General Manager Operations. Key responsibilities include delivering, securing, and performing ICT infrastructure across all corporate and functional divisions.

In this role, you will lead a high-performing ICT team, oversee major technology projects, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. You will drive alignment between ICT initiatives and our broader business objectives, supporting digital transformation and fostering innovation throughout the organisation. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact and shape our digital future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a high-performing ICT team

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee ICT projects from initiation through to completion

• Develop and implement ICT policies aligned with strategic business goals

• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of network systems, data management, and software applications

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on technology leader with a strong track record of managing ICT operations in complex environments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project delivery, complemented by strong leadership and communication skills. A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and ICT governance are essential.

Essential Requirements:

• Be an Australian Citizen

• Be eligible to hold and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance

• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Requirements for Success

Additionally, we require:

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Demonstrated experience in IT management, system administration, or network administration

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud networks

• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects
