Leadership Opportunity in Defence ICT Consulting

We are seeking a senior leader to establish and expand our ICT consulting practice within the Defence sector.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a function, build a team & drive growth while remaining hands on in delivery. You will take responsibility for shaping and expanding our Defence ICT capability, working across established panel arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Defence ICT projects, either consulting or direct, and demonstrated success in practice or business unit leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and growth of the Defence ICT practice
  • Build and manage strong client relationships within Defence and associated stakeholders
  • Oversee delivery of projects, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with panel arrangements
  • Help recruit, mentor & develop a high performing team
  • Contribute to strategy, business development & winning work within Defence and Government

About the Role:

You will be instrumental in setting the vision for the ICT practice, driving growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to Defence clients.
