Job Title: ICT Strategic Leader

Job Description:

The Senior Manager ICT will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, daily operations, and continual advancement of technology environment.

  • This includes reporting directly to the General Manager Operations and being responsible for delivering, securing, and ensuring the performance of ICT infrastructure across all corporate and functional divisions.
  • The incumbent will lead, support, and develop a high-performing ICT team.
  • Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing ICT projects from initiation through to completion.
  • The incumbent will also develop and implement ICT policies aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of network systems, data management, and software applications is also an essential responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience managing IT teams, projects, and infrastructure are necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as the Essential Eight is expected.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and ICT governance are essential.
