Job Description

We are seeking a senior leader to establish and expand our Defence ICT capability, working across established panel arrangements such as the ICTPA.

This role offers the unique opportunity to lead a function, build a team & drive growth while remaining hands on in delivery.

You will take responsibility for shaping and expanding the firm's Defence ICT practice, requiring a balance of practice leadership, client engagement, business development & direct program delivery.

This position is instrumental in setting the vision for the ICT practice, driving growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to Defence clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and growth of the Defence ICT practice
  • Build and manage strong client relationships within Defence and associated stakeholders
  • Oversee delivery of projects, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with panel arrangements such as ICTPA
  • Help recruit, mentor & develop a high performing team
  • Contribute to strategy, business development & winning work within Defence and Government
